lets say fixer have 3k evades with both perks. u only need 150 shotgun to land that perk. ok fixers have aad... but even with aad u cant dodge it.

3k Evades + 1-1.5k AAD?.... =150 evades +1-1.5k AAD.... compqared to your 2k shotgun...

The fact about evades is that the AAD that many profs get is still counted at 100%, so you may not be able to perk MPs, fixers and crats with that.

if a engi lv 165 with 1k ar can hit a super twinked lv 174 fixer with ccs+all evade+def perk running i think most traders can
