It drops from Omega Eva Pourais in Adonis Unredeemed Underwater Temple... just got mine a few days ago when I was quickly fetching another Ancient Container for a friend. And yes this is very helpful for me fixer to level my Faitfhul armor.
Here's the process (same for Penumbra as well): Get 6 Unredeemed insignias and go inside and kill the Prophet. Then you should see an Acolyte whom you will give these insignias who in turn will spawn the Omega for you. Kill the Omega and an Unredeemed boss mob will spawn who you can choose to kill for faction points. Process has been known to be quite buggy, especially in Penumbra. Should you get unlucky and the Acolyte despawns before you can give the insignias everyone should head completely outside the tempel and wait for the 20 min reset of the playfield inside so that you can kill the Prophet again. Its 90mins now and it doesn't matter if you are inside or outside, also the drop-rate on this thing is horrible, I've personally killed that empath over 50 times and never seen it drop, it does drop, but its incredibly rare, which is stupid since its not that good.

Beast neck you can never equip. This is best shade pvp item in left shoulder and neckslot. Only thing that adds our much needed AR!

Does this still drop? I've killed the Omega in Adonis 50x's in 1 week (yes I was counting), and haven't seen this drop yet. If it still drops I must have very very bad luck with it.
