Is it a 100% drop rate or do you have to be there for a long while?

I killed him a few times without luck; it's definately not 100%, but I haven't tried often enough to know how much then.

It drops from Venerable Ecclesiast Ocra Lum in Ely Redemeed Temple.

Drop rate is pretty good tho. Sometimes it dropped 2 of those items at a time and sometimes zero when i hunted my Aurea's Cloak. Also the same mob dropped Wondrous Silver Ring of Ocra Lux (15 to evades and consealment), Wondrous Bronze Ring of Ocra Lux (Small AC's and 25 to nano resistance) and Wondrous Gold Ring of Ocra Lux(5 treatment, sense and pharmaceuticals.) The gold ring was rather rare because i saw only one drop in 11 kills.

ummm treatment and evade ring and in scheol buddy :)

evade and treatment rings drop in scheol AND ely, just alot rarer in ely. confirmed several times.
