Does anyone know where to find this?

The Omega of Enel drops it, Aurea. kill the prophet, then unredeemed mob will spawn. give 6 shere insignias then omega will spawn
might be wrong. correct if I am please

No Shere insignias but Enel ones (6), then the drop from the Empath is the "Aurea's Boots of Escape" which is close but not the same :) The Omega drops nothing.
this is based on 10 spawns, may be i'm just unlucky, maybe that's not that easy.

Blood-Soaked Cloak of Dishonour

I finally just got my cloak. The champion drops it, the one who drops the boots, not the omega (Enel or Shere). I had it after 10-12 spawns. The omega dropped a nice assault rifle once, that's all.

What lvl are these mobs at?

Look for the Enel deviner or whatever that is is redeemed temple second floor in second room.One room is filled with unattackable redeemed so dunn worry if ure in that room just get out and go to the otherside.

A lot of confusion here...I'll put it a bit clearer:
- Kill the prophet
- Give the semi-visible guy that spawns then 6 insignia of Enel
- He spawns Empath Aurea (and a few adds), who drops this cloak (rarely) and boots (often)
- When Aurea is dead, Redeemed Enel will spawn (with more adds) - either kill him too or wait until he despawns
I got one for my Shade after 56 kills, and one for a Shade from my org after 3 kills... so much for droprates :-|

Together with Sandals of Navigation, i'm getting asked a lot how i twinked that Bloodsoaked Cloak and SoS on lvl 100, which is rather funny.

y'know i got close to 100+ tells on my tl7 advy in a week askin wat cloak that was?...25% thought i was a hacker with blood soaked on:P

I lost count of how many tells I got while using an Ofab Mongoose mk2 on my MA :P

I am convinced this item does NOT exist, been camping it for a week striaght now, probably 300+ wasted Enel insigs, I let one other person try for it and watched them to see if they could do it, and they got it on their first try, FC just hates me,,, ><

ok, some 60 kills now and I finally got a ql 80 one :S

Got a QL77(pfft) after 11 kills. :)

Just some info on questions asked:
Place Holder has 30 minute respawn.
Level 90-100 mobs.
You have 3 mintutes to loot corpse it drops from.

interesting back item for evade profs - nowhere near MNTC for evades, altho the ACs are proportionally much higher, lacks the HP and AAO mods that PATA has, but better evades, lower reqs than a black organic suit that offeres similar ACs/evades. RS and conc. are not terribly useful, but for a really cheap evade twink it seems that a ql 80 wouldn't be a really bad investment of time to camp. Can't see a fixer using this over SWS, but at some levels I can see MA or evadeh00r lowbie advy using it effectively. Myself, I intend to put it on a 150 MA just for looks :) IMO beats the PATA im currently using (till I farm the parts for MNTC) on strength of its evades alone.

Great for MAs who can't put on Gamboling. Definitely better than Exarch robe for PvM.
