I love it. Anyone can say it's available, but no one knows how or where to get it. My guess is it's with all that cool adventurer loot that we will never see from 12.whatever :P

not hard at all... actually I fly by HI every once and a while to check if there are any raids going on. If I dont see any neuts, I usually swing by again and ninja the board =p
