Seems like FC was lazy once more and just cut&pasted the desc from Energized Casing of the Faithful Servant, which does 1387 sec.

Ye I don't get it. It's like they are assuming most engineers don't lvl that high (until they can self cast slayers,) so if taking the time to do your third spec and getting a little extra nanoskills you can cast a nano similar to ECotFS at a lower lvl. Poorly implemented though, since slayers can be self cast at a much lower lvl than 185, especially thanks to the extras we got from the SL expansion (which is required to cast this one). And lets not forget the new pets that came out with SL so people would bother lvling to 220. This is an afterthought nano, and a crummy one at that IMO.
