hmm maybe, with 22kish NR youd need like 16500 hp for this to land...
Thats assuming the target has no AAD too, cause apparently AAD counts in some perks, which could probably make that 16500defence check soar to 25k+

Never ever had this resisted on my Soldier with a pretty modest 19k hp. Just wish it would have its minimum damage upped a bit, all to often I see it land for the minimum 325. But when it hits the high end it can heal for almost 4k which is pretty sweet.
