It's not so hard to get. Certainly not on Rimor. Keep your eyes peeled for Omninet announcements, I run at least one Hollow Island Public Raid per week, for employees of the Omni-Tek Corporation. The Specs are always flatrolled amongst the raiders.

If you're able to afford AI armor, then this becomes kinda obsolete. At TL5, you'd be gaining ~10-15 AAO and/or AAD from supple and strong based AI armor - plus a bonus of weapon skills.
