I've gotten a couple off of Temple mini-bosses (Scheol specifically, about ql 138-176). They drop Exterminator/Support/Artillery/Infantry pieces as well.

Empath Aurea in ely seems to drop these pretty often, got 2 around ql95 in 4 kills

highest ql is either from inf temple named mobs or the mobs in pand, not very easy to get your hands on ql300 tho
