Faithful/Chosen is part of the Tier Armor line, so correct at least. And yes Tier3 sucks to hell ;oP

Paramed so barely sucks, too.
Go for Mercenary, Commandos or Sharpshooter depending on the Weapon you use. :o)

Merc's is good yes, but commando's and sharpshooter's don't give any hp, so they're no where near ideal. Paramed's is fantastic :)

I managed to get 779 int on my doc at 150 with not much trouble, and I am lacking alot of twinking phatz, so I'd have to say 850 should be doable, if just barely.
