it's pretty good at tl5, calced that I could get it on but.. too much pr ;D

clan can get (roughly) ql260 without -too- much effort. Omni can go up to about ql 275. But they will both be horribly OE, so iGoC are probably a better option (+20 AAO > +20 AR, for AI perks).

That was at TL5. Also, a new patch has unlocked the str/sta sleeves (Frederickson Micro-kinetic Sleeves) to clan, so both can get high QL's on.
