Haven't fully tested, but by the looks of it:

Easy to land
Huge range
Unremovable
Only 2 perks

Definately worth considering, when chained with Blinded by Delights, blind ring, engi blind aura, etc, you can keep someone blinded for a long time.

I can't get this special to land...I heard that it needs Chemistry to increase the chance of landing...is this true?

Attack skill is Matter Creation (100%) against Nano Resist (100% as well) according to http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=214362 .

I need to learn to read properly : Chemistry 100% against Duck Exp 65% ....

At 220, still can't land against most evade and semi evade professions when wearing combat armor with maxed chemistry.
Can't land on: adv, fixer, decent MAs, decent keepers, decent MPs

Can land on most other people, however its a bit annoying in that there's no visual effect (no black gas around their head) to indicate its working. Useful and recharges fairly quick, also not currently resistable/removable due to not being in the normal "blind" line which is nice.

Duck Exp: 50% or lower would be a nice boost to this...
