User Modify Nano resist 300
this is the point. an additional 300 nr can be very handy in pvp and -200 nanoskills is not that much for a high level toon

Nano Repulsor rocks, take a look at my pure little level 60 on rk1, speedfly, always fun when someone tries to root, snare, deprive, ransack or throw any other hostile nano on me XD *You countered the program* <3

Spartan_059 @ 2006-07-16 04:34
but at lvl 30 doesnt this suck when you have like 40 in all nano skills left over even with masteries...?

Forek @ 2006-07-20 14:29
true, but just because you *can* perk NR at lvl30 doesn't mean you *should*. ^^
However if you're planning to go entirely pvp at high levels, one or two perks into NR for the extra Nano Resist is quite nice, but if you plan to do any pvm, it will screw your setup as you can't cast many of your top nanos.

Whitey @ 2007-08-25 15:27

Mohamed @ 2008-04-30 04:50
First time I notice...there's 0% on separate resists all the time except high level perk.
