you will have the helmet faster if you go to the village, you have much more change that it drops.
BTW it doesnt drops from the hackers

it drops from skilledbothackers and also in missions, hackers are in the hackers village where oresteez was talking about. Not very rare, they also drop backpack of adventuring...
