Where can I get this?

You can find it in missions. I'd suggest ql 150+ for the best results, but don't hold your breath. This item is still a rare drop, and it usually only drops from 'Agent' type mobs. I've heard it can be found in chests, but I dunno for sure, had to buy mine.

On it's own, I'm not sure, but it can be combined with the agent's kevlar wool balaclava (from the fixer shop near borealis) to give it some nice modifiers.

Completely wrong... The only thing that changes upgrading the Wool to the Sharpshooter's Helmet +10 Chemistry, and from 25-75+ ACs at QL200. Besides the look of course, which is the only reason to upgrade the wool to the Helmet. Overpriced even at 10 mil ;(

well this thing requires u to be at least lvl 100 with 250 chemistry to make helmet o.O

250 chemistry is nothing at all when you can use this chip at level 100+

1. use general buff
2. hit yourself with chemical concoction or grab philosopher's stone from an engineer (they don't stack)
3. run over to your org HQ and use the tradeskilling machine

instant 250+

failing to be org'd, just throw in an implant or two :P

dont forget 125 from trader

Those Traders can buff just about everything for tradeskillin', but not Chemistry
