You can only find the normal version, and then have to improve it using a MRR (Improve Thrusting Weapons).

As far as I know QL200 isn't possible. When you Improve a QL200 Tango Dirk it becomes a QL199 Improved Tango Dirk.

Well infact they used to be possible. I am currently using a pair of QL 200's, but unfortunately it is now as Svpernot says impossible which is a shame since you miss out on all the extra evades.

FYI, the plain Tango Dirk can be purchased outright in various QLs by Traders at the "Clan Specialist Commerce" vendors. Right now I see QL30 to QL129, but I'm sure it varies.

But the improvement process raise the QL (certainly depending on the talent of the tradeskiller)

I just made an Improved Tango Dirk QL 200 out of an Intimidating Tango Dirk QL 200 (http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=159009). I'm not sure what happened with Svpernot's event there, but I can verify that you still can make these at QL 200.

svpernot had an issue during a patch when iirc tradeskill bonuses to item QL were not functioning correctly.
