Personally I would rather have a Reflect all 90% ring though, Max Reflected=10,000. Evasion is irrelevant when your attacker takes more damage than you do

Whisp is telling the truth! Blackmane, a level 500 Mob, lies beneth Tarasque. You must kill Tara 100 times in a row and then the "placeholder" will disappear. You now must give the new spawn, Dreamon, 1,000,000,000 credits, and well shit, you can only have 999,999,999 per char. But anyways, when you give him the 1 bil, he disappears, and Blackmane shows up. He posts the ring and says bow to me you son of a bitch. When you /apachi he shoots you. His weapon is (hoping links work) Blackmane's Dreamon Gun He also has a level 220 Fixer buff on called ITCH or Instant Complete Heal. This CH isnt messed up, it really is a CH. He has approximately 50 million health and 9 hundred thousand ACs. Also he has 10 million + AddAllDef. He does unknown damage which unfortunately no one has an AC for. The evade that works on his gun is called The Matrix, which will be unlocked in the expansion after the expansion after SL called SWG or Some Wicked Galaxy. Now after you kill him there will be five hundred bags. In these bags you can put backpacks! So you can have a backpack inside a backpack. Also there are 569 slots, all filled with this ring, Blackmanes gun, and a ten-slot belt requiring 121 Computer Literacy. There is also a new item that removes the No-Drop tag from items! Now Im going to get fired from Funcom because of revealing the 7th expansion's secret, but oh well. This expansion, even though already complete, will come out in June of 2009, supposively. It will be delayed until November 29th of 2009 just in time for Christmas. Well theres the info! Later

You can buy these from basic shops after you have unlocked the Secret Shop Terminal. To do so, go in front of the Bank terminal and do /moon 24 times. Then buy the cheapest gun in the shop and put it in your bank. You should hear a strange voice warning you about your action. After that just put a Rollerrat helmet on and then wait. After some time a secret shop terminal should pop up. If it doesn't work, just wait a little longer. It often helps to have the fr00b shirt on and yelling random words on the vicinity channel. Also giving money to people who pass you by should reduce the time you have to wait for the secret terminal to be revealed.

I er PvPd one of the GMs... he actuly had to heal.. once... whith a small heal... when there was 5 soldiers maxing out on him... then he tried to kill me.. chicken tried rooting me but i hit MoR before i started running and i just keep running all the way to RRG where i hid behind a big Keeper and wated for my flag to disapear... (pleas note that not all GMs got this item... or use it... we where actuly abel to hit him... but he had abit higher HP then we did.. togheter... x10 <.< whith PvP limitations *yawns*)

it took about at least 70 people ASing and sneak attacking for hours and then when he was about to die....POP back to full health and it all started again

and i doubt that Rktim ever got close to killing a gm, even withought the ring they still got massive ACs evades and hp

dude, some GM walked up to me inside totw, dont quite get how he got in, anyway, he gave me 6 of those bags that hold backpacks, and they were filled w/ bags that held backpacks (thats right, they can hold eachother, also you can put one inside itself and anarchy crashes, and next time you load it up you will have a nano crystal called "infinite measurment of confusion", which has absolutely no requirements, and what it does is it sends whoever you cast it on 3miles out in the water off noob island) and those were filled up with bags that held backpacks, and etc. and i then realized that they can hold nondrop items and be traded, because they were filled with this ring, after counting for about three days i realized i could figure this out algebraicly, and came to the conclusion that i had 8 million of them. in conclusion i will give someone a any amount of these that is reasonable if in return they do something for me that i cannot mention here because ill go to jail, so lets just call it a happy ending.

There is the healdelta too, which is way over the firepower of a zerg. Of course they can change it to be actually killable :)

It's like high hp mobs : When I was soloing beast on test, i couldn't harm it, just because of the (huge) healdelta...

Also, to correct an old post saying "the 800 in all stats +800 in body dev/nano pool would add around.... 1100 deltas", it doesn't add more than 100 healdelta. Every highlevel toon has over 800 stam and 800 bodydev, but only 50 or so base healdelta. You'd get another 50 healdelta with this item...
