the frog(gelid) and the bosses drop this,best drop rate is from the left side boss(got 4 so far from him,1 from the frog)

As what I've heard It can also drop from side bosses. My friend saw it drop from them, but the droprate really,really suxx.
I did see the NT implant myself thought drop from a sideboss....when I was trying to get this item...

Have seen it drop from Hezak. Two dropped during a session of 3-4 hours. Other from Ghelid.

Confirmed drop from "The Collector" (in her general loot table). Not the best drop rate, but it's another source.
