I think this is going to be in the lvl 60+ dungeon, as the lvl is for 150+ and the loot drops from the ToT3W is for lvl 20+

I heard it drops somewhere inside the inner sanctum, which you need the regular exarch robe to get to (obviously), but i haven't tested it out yet.

The regular exarch robe is in my head alot better than this because of the nano cost modifier. And the regular robe is also alot easier to get your hands on.. When you are lvl 150+ you have better back items anyway.

USELESS compared to the normal Exarch Robe, or at least for the level. Try getting an Albrecht or Notum Tank Armor instead...

Normal robe has 5% as well...
This one gives you 50 more ACs and 16 more health (a whole 16 points!) in exchane for the -% nano modifier
