Another confirm, droped 7 days ago from Hezak. Nice health buff, but imo Gelid Blade of Inobak is better,

dropped today once in 3 Hezak kills. Slightly better damage than gelid, melee damage is eaiser to buff than cold damage on gelid - but - no proc :(

I'd take two gelids instead. Bigger proc chance, same damage types, tiny faster, and look better :p

yer they shuold add some sort of proc to it... since its kinda harder to obtain than a gelid... moar froob doc DD :D
