LOL 50+ 18 - 25 easy. But if you try to twink this on you might as well twink on Frost scythe of legionare. Only requires like 50 more 2hE easy to twink on at lvl 20 - 25 and a way better weapon.

OH MY HGOD. you ppl are stupid. yes. its easy to get on frosty at 25ish, and stygian at 30ish. but after those 3 minutes. UR UBER GIMPED CUZ THE OE GOES TO 50%!!! a stygian or a frosty at 50%, IS FREAKING WORTHLESS. start thinking ppl .its not about how fast you can get a weapon on. its about how fast you can get a weapon to be 100% funktional ^^

Beasty: a lot of people can almost selfequip stygian at level 30.. keeping it 100% is easy.

level 17 trox enf with this on, froobie account
ql 52-53 implants focus in on 2hs, fast attack, agi on leg and feet, sta on leg, tweak implants so that you they are all requirements of agi and sta. to get implants on have omni med suit, +12 sta and agi, iron circle +20, and feline grace +25. buffs are 2hs expertise, fast attack expertise, skill of the butcher, sta/str +12 buffs, and skill wrangle superb (+112) = 68 NCU. maxed out str, agi, sta, int, nothing in sense, with above buffs 308 2hs, 163 fast attack. can get this even earlier if you had a bigger wrangle, happy hunting.

yeah but still with OE, if u had perks on 2he then maybe no OE but i think if you're going to be a subway twink this is the weapon for you as frosty OEs at about 275+ 2he and max max max 2he u can maintain for more than 20mins is about 250ish.

Beasty boy...this weapon at 50% is much better than most other swords anyways...frosty also. Styg isn't too cool unless you're at 75% though...

just done at lvl 17 with shop bought ql 50 imps and a made ql 52 waisr 2HE imp + a 132 wrangle, currently at 75% but i am attempting to twink my implants up so itl be non oe. Goin for a frosty at lvl 20, shouldn't be hard ^^

Highest I've ever seen a styg on was a 14 trader and I saw the twink being built, the fast attack was a nightmare. MAYBE possible at 13, but definitely not 5.
