What little you can make of the writing suggests that this is the fourth section of the book. Diagrams scattered through the chapter suggest that it is a training manual for a martial arts attack called the Ape Fist.

Just got book 4 of Ape Fist from ( Acolyte Bryant - Side passage off Aztur room ), with that said Acolyte Amber on the opposite side passage may drop it also then. So at least it broadens the selection of whom to camp for this rare book. Still a pita collecting books 3, and 4. Books 1, 2, 5 were easy.
