At lvl 150, there are dozens of back items that offer better protection...and don't require that you farm Medusas for cold stones. Even a "lowly" exarch robe is preferable. So, no, not great for froobs.

No, your wrong, it IS great for froobs. for evades based builts its awesome, + the lower qls are wearable at TL4...
