they only dropped on halloween of 2003, you can't get em anymore. one of the special "holiday" items.

dont think they're dropping this year for halloween, nothing but shirts from outdoor mobs and almost all vender-junk from indoor mission guys, a few shades, but thats about it.

Heh. I've much love for this item and I need to express it. When I started playing back in '04 I was a tiny little froob cluelessly running around Athen... And I looked up to all the uber high level people hanging around the OA whompahs. I saw three items that.. Dunno, I just wanted them ever since I saw them. This little bugger was one of them. :) Got it for halloween '06 and still remember the feeling. :> The other stuff I wanted was a pair of Monster sunglasses (got these this year!) and a red name (which I got only some month before then nurf'd the glyph) :)
