Drops of Cmdr Soul i think in WW clan base in 1 out of 3 times and every time on High commander Frederickson... dont know which OT mobs drop it

Its not a 100% drop from Frederickson. It drops now and then from Supply-master Smug and Frederickson.

This weapon is sweet when came to PvM , but the caterwaul is still a MUST in PvP :-)

at adonis hecks it has a higher average damage than ql200 perennium sniper ;)
but since AS is very slow it is only worth in pvm and if you do more than mindmg with it

I own one...but too bad I'm only a level 56 agent. I have no idea what it's worth, but I paid 1.19 mil to someone who got it for free...they probably were a noob, so don't quote me on that price.

I paid 1 mil for it and have to say its only good vrs Ado hecks. Looong AS time is just enough for 1 heck at a time, chem damage is damn good. Alos sounds cool. Though if u can afford one of the Joy weps, go with it instead of this but i highly recommend this for ado hecks for those of us wihtout 20mil to spare ;)

I use a Joy of the Hunt in SL, and switch to this one on rubika; with arul sabas for chemical, rings of power for chemical and symbiants that don't add energy damage, it's better then a superior x-3 sniper.

You'll still hit min dmg against adon hecks (tried it in MA/chem fists), and its got very low min damage. Keep in mind that you can chain AS unless you got aggro. JotH is nice solo, but in teams SPS will OD anything (pre endgame) since its AS is easy to cap.
