Phear the goat head -- +8 Assault Rifle means this is the helm of choice for a solider. Don't bother with Azure helm fellow troopers -- less you need the SI boost.

This armour can be found by trading in various things Supplymaster Eel and General Kaehler Jr. drop in the omni base in avalon... for a great guide to the armour you can check out ... (http://www.anarchyarcanum.com/armor_sentinel.html) 3 hour spawn time on the bishes.. generally camped too.. everyone wants the sent helm the second they turn 190.. its a status symbol.. good luck hunting..
