No, User Inside Shadowlands == means you cannot use it in SL. However, I think you need Notum Wars to get it.

No, this Yalmaha is occasionally available in shop, Paint in Tower Shop. Buy em. Only way now.

The paint has now moved to the tradeskill department of neutral shops (Fair Trade).
