This drop is kinda rare. I camped strike foreman for about 3 hours yesterday and the boots only dropped once. Out of 7 toons I have, only 2 managed to get the boots.

Great if your not an adv/ma and want that extra run speed buff which also stacks with GSF and quickness.

I have played aprox 2 years off and on and never heard of these until now, very weird
So got like 10 toons without these boots..Next toon i make will get these boots XD

Was messing around in the sub on my enfo twink and first Strike Foreman kill these drop. +40 RS perma buff? Hell yeah!
