Arcanum doesnt have instructs for building. At least not yet

ROFL how does the AAD matter? You can't use yalms in combat. Half the point of having a yalm in the first place is avoiding fights with MOBs while you're moving around.

When this was first entered into the database it did not have an SL requirement. Look at the previous patch versions.
