Docs, MAs, Adventurers can definately solo it, keepers probobly can too, no clue about other profs, but wouldn't surprise me if there are others...

yeah, any 220 can solo tara.
especially after le and all the boost it bought.
150 martial artist from test (w/ towers and top quality gear) practically selfed soloed tara... only went id after more then half way.
