hem .. Patricia is one of the NPC which is with Ian Warr... U have frst to complete a 'quest' for Ian warr and 4 accolyts to spawn in the arena in ace camp... for information ian warr hits for 4K w/o crit

I thought the PoP had outlived its usefulness after SL. However, after trying many different pistols (CDR, Flux, Kyr) I have found that the MEP/PoP combo outdamages any other normal pistol combo on RK and alien mobs. The burst cycle has been corrected and is back on 1600 as well. If you're not doing hecks or red bossmobs, try it.

Mort afaik the quoted attack and recharge times are with zero init at 87.5% agg, so this is 1/1 with 1200 init at 87.5% agg.

Using it on my froob bureucrat , equipped at lv 180+ , got it over the oe range 190+.
usual dmg is 600-1600, bit under 3000 criticals / fling shot and 4300 for burst has been my record at rk.

My doc equiped ist accidently during pande and did some nice dmg in Hiisis but if your not on RK stay away from this weapon.

U don't :P That is why you dual it with another pistol. As soon as i hit 175(should be today), putting MEP(ql199)/POP on him. And yes, the multi is the hardest part but i finally figured it out :)

I suspect that this dualled with a SOL K-91 Gold Monster is THE best weapon choice for froob traders.

Little bit update, used with froob trader till 189 with gold monster and with 1300 ar (drains) and both ac drains flowing was able to hit up to 5430ish bursts to 210ish mobs in team missions selfed. Althou atm changed to solar engineer pistol & The Original Electronicum v3 combo instead for similar or even better dmg overral & tradeskill gear.
