Quest Item: DNA Sample
Problem: The quests are locked to level 130+ chars, Foremans is locked to -100 since 16.0 - how does one get this ring now? Warping is disabled into Foremans..

Ummm cuz you have to kill Jack not anything in Foremans?

Its a NPC you have to talk to for the quest to start before or after you kill the Jacks.

the NPC is just south of the saving point over foreman entrence, and the quest can be done before level 130... even if you cant wear the ring ...
