This thing never drops ... i've killed lots of Mutilated Shade Y-42 and other mobs and i cant seem to find it

It does drop i just looted it from a Shade. No clue about the droprate though cuz i only killed one and this is the first time i've ever seen this thing.

try killing the shade at:

I've killed the shade there twice now and it dropped twice.
