Bongbong, it gives ma boosts... those who use ma weapons might benefit from these. And it gives 8 to str and agi to the rest. Not that bad at all.

For what you ahve to do to get it, and with ai and sl, it's not that good, maybe if they made it for advy, enfo as well then it maybe worth it.

Still the best u can wear on arm if u want those str/agi mods. This wont hurt with tier3 for example...

Look at this as a twinking item, not something to wear day in day out. Just pop it on when you need that little extra agility or strength :)
