Nope this is the only ql, and only drops by the Fiery Soldier.

The junior master is crate loot in mission's. Rare though.

I wouldn't consider this a good froob weapon. It has nice default damage, granted, but has only FullAuto special, which is rather slow thanks to the recharge speed and default FA recycle timer (~110 secs with 1000 FA skill). I don't know if it is possible to get a setup which would allow you to swap this gun for the FA special; for the day-to-day use other guns are much better.

Low range, small clip size, slow, ~2 min FA recharge, high requirements, good default damage, decent crit modifier.

Only 12 bullets in clip too... on my 157 froob soldier I normally do FA's with 14 bullets, so that's a bit of a shame.
A Nophex II would be better then this though, or a Spastic. It's an alternative for say a BBI Gyro I suppose.
