It drops in different QLs; QL99 and below is prefixed with "Splintered". Ingame the item shows as a pink square, because it has no real associated item icon.

decent minimum damage, good crits and BRAWL, something not found on the kyr'ozch energy rapier type 992. very worthy damage for the requirements.
