Yes, your tokenboard will fall off when you zone though, as will anything with playshift reqs.

You can only use this up to level 200 though, so you wouldn't be wearing Ql300 Tier3 armour as a neutral still. (Unless you twink reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeal hard :P )

Can only be rolled as items to find these days. Easiest way to get ql200 is to roll ql201+ mission.

Skill lock helps this a ton. Perking out the AI treatment line would provide a total of 25% reduction of time (or 20% if someone uses Redeem Last Wish on you). Add symbs and a few other choice armor pieces (though that kinda hurts the Tier3 bit) and you can cut the time significantly. With just a few crappy symbs and the perk line, you can shave off 42 hours (almost 2 days) from the lock time.
