In my opinion one of the best pistols in game.
It only needs pistol skill (and multi ranged if you use 2)
It really makes a lot of damage.
Newbies can buy it in the second hand shop in the backyard.

Yeah, the very low ql that any noob can equip with little to no effort, does about 1-40 damage, and at lvl one that is some rockin damage... OEs aren't exactly easy to come by after ql 40ish, but if you can find them they are well worth it. I have a ql 81 and a ql 60 on my 40 trox doc and the frost scythes in the ToTW have a hard time keeping aggro from me. Definitely a good pistol, though you might want to dual wield it with a flux pistol so you can keep up in SL where weapons that do 1 min damage kinda get screwed.

Not rollable.
They seem to scale non-linearly, meaning they are better at low levels than at high. At ql200 Bronto Anaesthetic is way better, or SOL K-91 Gold Monster if you can handle fling and a little reduction in speed.

in Jobe Harbor, right by the door to Jobe Research is a weapons merchant sells some...also in Jobe Research, the 3 merchants up need the door to Jobe backyard, there's a weapon merchant there sells some.

OEs are still a very nice backup pistol, for RK. Pistol skill and lower than most multiranged reqs mean you can pair these babies up with just about any other pistol and get some decent added dmg without much more IP investment. Aside from weapon specials, I cant think of another weapon with as little skill needed to get this high of crits at a level below 100.
