Frost Arrowheads + Reet-Tech Superior Metaplast Arrowshafts. Shaft ql sets arrow ql, arrowhead needs to be 90% the ql of the shaft. Does not level regardless of skill. Makes a stack of 20 at high ql, 10 at low ql.
