Target a mob you want to taunt and r-click it from inv or from shortcut bar. It'll do "the equivelent" of 850 points of 'extra' damage at QL200 which helps you pull some extra aggro. Moreso useful for non-Enf/Sold classes who don't wanna raise Psychology since the Psychology devices are better and the Library of Foul Language would be better for an Enf. I use it every now and then on my Trox Adv (and I'm sure some Trox Keepers/Fixers/MAs do the same) when I'm with squishies who need a lil bit of protecting :)

i'm actually using this with my atrox doc for the extra 50 dmg ^^
