Naddizia, != means not equal to. So omnis and neutrals can use them.

Being a shade, by now you should be used to the different armor and whatnot since your profession gets such sick evades and damage dealing. Quit ur complaining >.<

As of some date recently, the not == Shade tag has been REMOVED from most items in the game (This included iirc)
