It has about a 2% drop rate on a 3 hour unique mob in the foreman's office, good luck.

It also drops from Tri Plumbo in the longest road dungeon, about 2% drop rate but only a little over a hour spawn.

I think the patch info said it had been removed from Plumbo, and is now dropping from a new unique mob somewhere.. Don't know where though.

It does still drop, but only as a +95 HP (same reqs) got it first try this time. A year ago I had to camp him forever to get the +220 one. I might just have been lucky tho, think his spawn rate is still 3 hours. Good luck :) Nice item for a twink ;)

It does still drop, but not from Tri-Plumbo. No one knows where it is dropping now, but I have had 3 diff GMs confirm that it is in the loot table for a new mob after 14.5. As for what drops from Tri now, its called Corroded Ring(sp?) and they are easy to get since he spawns almost like clockwork every 30 mins. I have confirmed this by getting 2 for myself, 6 for guildmates, and 8 for RL friends. Go get your Corroded Ring today! ; )
