Nelebs is for nano skills and protection. This suit is for ability buffs for twinking....this will let you get better implants on, nelebs won't help at all in getting implants on. You only lose 3 - 5 treatment by wearing this instead of a bio cloak....because boosting intelligence also trickles to treatment (for this 1.5 to treatment) add with jess pistol and pistol of revoked, the lost treatment is covered quit easily.

Also at lower levels, you can throw this on far sooner than nelebs without needing to twink this on (you need 241 in all nano skills to keep nelebs out of OE). The xp bonus added with your coffee, rings, pistols and nano buffs....well that's nice xp bonus for low level toons.

So overall, comparing this to nelebs master robe is moot since they don't serve the same purpose.
