Found one in a ql20 mission in Rome, on a crashed android type chest. Did ql 20 missions for 2 days, found this on the 3rd mission and never found another, total of about 120 missions.

So it DOES exist? Wow.

Confirmed drop recently. A level 47 Adventurer picked up one while "killing greys", which means below level 35. By the way, this disc cannot be combined with a QL 200 Mass Relocating Robot. I believe you need around a QL 130 or lower, but I cannot confirm this.

Another confirmed drop, by Esdian from AOFroobs: "Level 22 Opi enforcer in a QL 19 mission from Rome blue-> Rome blue(prison building). Settings were RLL.. I for get how many L's Then R at the end. I actually picked it up from a broken robot. And I had just asked for a GMS check for one Right before going in the mission area.(Not sure that had a part in it but including for compleation)"

Confirmed drop for an orgmate playing a level 29 Engineer, running a Level 28 mission (full Chaos, full Good, full Credits), dropped from a Soft Scrap Pillager.

Can not be combine with a Mass Relocating Robot over QL100.

I've so far cleared easily over 50 QL19 team missions, and not one has dropped so far. These things are worth a LOT of cash. Congrats if you can get your hands on one.

Confirming they still drop. Found mine today after 22 QL20 mishs on a lvl 20 Soft Raider Corpse.

Does it drop from team mission boss or only regular mission enemies?

I just found it on a normal single mission from an regular enemie^^.
