oh, nvm. i think i have a good way to get them.
Robo-dogs are probably the most worthwhile things to hunt in terms of the sided pads quest, and also, try to get missions with technoscavengers, sometimes they drop 2 or 3 of the items, at a time, for the sided pads quest. ;)
