It makes sense like this: Say you have 1500 in TS and 1000 in 1hb, your attack rating when hitting with the shield would be 1500*0.08+1000*0.02 which would make 140, so basically, you won't be hitting the enemy with this shield, really (with the possible exception of backyard leets)

This shield got heavily owned in 17.7 with the release of the Shield of Zset...2hb req, 30 all reflects, 660 AAD and good ACs on top of all that....and 1hb MPs are quitting the game in droves...

If you could get Zset at lvl100...yeah it got owned. Otherwise, stop comparing endgame weapons with stuff you can get on 100 lvls earlier.

I can't see what's wrong with going 1hb until the end game, then reset and go 2hb for Zset. Anyway, by the time my mp gets to endgame, there'll be 10 new 1hb items to choose from.
