It is created through the solidification of matter by a skilled meta-physicist. The core of the staff is a rod of pure notum that acts as a catalyst for nanobot renewal, increasing the size of the wielder’s nanobot cloud. Upon each hit, the staff will attempt to inject a small amount of poison; however, the smaller fangs on the staff make it less likely to be able to successfully inject this poison.

Why? Not every weapon is made for attacking as it's main use. it's not made for an attack weapon, it's for buffing...for example, stacking the nano cost modifier with the one's from you nano formula's and equipable items...really makes your nano casting cheap.

4% nanocost isn't much of a buff, really, any tl7 MP should be able to have their breed capped amount of nanocost without any real amount of effort on their part. The real beauty of this weaponline for an MP is that it has TS as a main weaponskill, so you see much higher AR with this weapon than you do with others, and it has no MBS, so ramping up your TS or other nanoskills looks like it could have a reason. Thirdly and most importantly, 1hb MPs have been holding the faith that FC won't screw 'em over in time and watched as 2hb got the Shield of Zset, Bow users got Tigress and nothing for them yet, even though their style is supported by LE.
