It is created through the solidification of matter by a skilled meta-physicist. The core of the staff is a rod of pure notum that acts as a catalyst for nanobot renewal, increasing the size of the wielder's nanobot cloud. Upon each hit, the staff will attempt to inject a small amount of poison; however, the smaller fangs on the staff make it less likely to be able to successfully inject this poison.

Nope, you'll only need 303 Mulit meele if you are going to wield 2 at the same time, different if it is with a shield...

Really they aren't that great I mean if you equip two howling skulls it killer, and after that you still have skull of woe/Lamentation. Still cool though.
