Not really, unlike concrete cushions and the like, the bonuses on these get lower as you go down in QL, so a ql10 BBQ pillow only adds +3...it all depends how much you need.

Low ql are rare because people didn't farm them, which means ql200 are worth 1mil, and a ql 50 is worth 200mil.
