its not a "normal armor item" its oldschool, before you had perks..a city a tower...symbs and god knows what more...
it was pretty usefull couze of the 40 SI Bonus... now it has no needfull place in the Game

A must have for every froob MA...Why? Cause of the +SI, you would not be able to selfcast Four Fists of Kali before level 190+ without this.

well i know that you wrote this 6 years ago (reminds me how old this game is) but this item is niice, specially for 60ish ma's with evade setup. I got one ql 120ish for my 60 ma, +30 evade clsc and 30 pshic int AND some additonal sensory improvement! I see at this as a great item!
